Knowledge & Skills Required
- Extensive experience of aftermarket sales of alloy wheels and marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of alloy wheel market, sales channels in various regions of the country.
- Market knowledge of auto-parts is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good Communication & Negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales of alloy wheels through Dealers of the Company as well as direct sales to Non-Dealers, Institutions, OEMs and OEM Company dealers.
- Conduct market visits and visit dealers and customers from time to time for developing relationships.
- Conduct extensive market research to closely monitor market trends that influence business and to assess product demand in the aftermarket. Remain abreast with competitor activities.
- Develop forecasts based on market research for estimating volumes required for placement of orders with selected vendors.
- Responsible for administration of sales activities including management of dealers, proper documentation, coordination related to dispatches etc.
- Identify and develop new customers through all channels of direct sales including sales in the unserved markets.
- Responsible for promoting the brand name of Hi-Tech Alloy Wheels Ltd. in the aftermarket.
